Design and construction management of a 39 km long light rail line (of which 34.5 km surface and 4.5 km underground) passing through four local authorities (Herzliya, Tel Aviv, Holon and Rishon Lezion). This project is divided into 5 segments and includes 64 stations.

This is a nationally important infrastructure megaproject that connects several localities across northern Israel and that will enhance mobility among them. This approx. 41 km long project will connect the Haifa metropolitan area with the Nazareth/Nazareth Illit region.

Design management (accompaniment of the contractor's design-build process) for an approx. 24 km long line, of which 12 km will be underground. The Red Line includes 34 stations, 24 of which will be surface stations and 10 will be underground. Project management including budget management, construction management and supervision, timetable management and invoice control.

This project was designed to connect the Bitzaron site in the eastern side of Tel Aviv-Yafo with Yehudit Boulevard in the center of the city on the western side, crossing the Ayalon River via a bridge that passes over the Netivei Ayalon Highway, Israel Railway tracks and the Ayalon River channel.
