Scope of Work:
Development of roads and infrastructure, public buildings (schools, kindergartens, etc.), public parks, and residential buildings, including quality assurance and control, schedule management, risk management, legal consultation, and more.
Description of Services:
• Design management and preparation of tenders by the planning manager
• Project execution management by the management team
• Supervision of execution by an external supervision company
• Management of marketing, contract signing, and handover of lots to developers
• Coordination, contract signing, and execution of works through or by external entities (local
authorities, JNF, Israel Nature and Parks Authority, Israel Electric Corporation)
• Budget management in a closed system, accounts, and contracts by PMO
• Schedule management and tracking by a professional consultant
• Management of tender and change committees with close support from legal and
accounting professionals
