Tel Aviv LRT – The Green Line

Complexity of the project:

Work in a dense urban environment in immediate proximity to very old structures and businesses including the handling of environmental and community issues, frequent changes in traffic arrangements during stages of construction, delays due to utility relocations, control over a range of construction sites.

Description of services:

Management of all stages of the design
Project budget management.
Construction management of all five project segments
Timetable management, risk management, tendering processes, etc.

Tel Aviv LRT – The Red Line (Western Segment)

Complexity of the project:

Work in a dense urban environment in immediate proximity to very old structures, frequent changes in traffic arrangements during stages of construction, delays due to utility relocations, control over approx. 10 construction sites. The maximum distance between surface stations will be approx. 500 m. Underground stations will be about a 1 km apart.

Tel Aviv LRT – The Purple Line (Eastern Segment)

Scope of work:

Line length: 29 km at grade
Number of stations: 44
The line passes through 8 municipal authorities.
Annual passenger forecast for the year 2030 – 60 million

Complexity of the project:

Work in a dense urban environment in immediate proximity to very old structures and businesses including the handling of environmental and community issues, frequent changes in traffic arrangements during stages of construction, delays due to utility relocations, control over a range of construction sites.

Description of services:

Management and supervision over construction of the eastern segment (Infra 1)

Yehudit Bridge

Scope of work:

Two pedestrian and bicycle ramps integrated into a promenade were built on the bridge.
The bridge is approx. 110 m long with a peak height of 17.58 m and width of 11 m.

Complexity of the project:

Work above the most heavily traveled high-speed roadway in the State of Israel (Netivei Ayalon), requiring lane closings and construction staging for short periods of time in order to complete tasks while taking field conditions into consideration.

- Progress payment and final payment control
