Design-Build – Tzavta Neighborhood, Harish

This is the first cooperative neighborhood of its kind in Israel. It is being constructed in one stage with all infrastructure, public areas, educational institutions, and green open spaces for its residents.

 

The Tzavta neighborhood covers an area of about 500 dunams with approx. 1,500 high-density housing units, shopping areas, education and public buildings and public open space.
