Design and construction management of neighborhoods and of residential and commercial sites for the Ministry of Construction & Housing including infrastructure development – streets, water, sewage and drainage, electricity, communications and bicycle paths.

Involved in marketing of the housing units including handover of lots and preparation of a file for each resident.

We are currently managing the construction of two neighborhoods in northern Israel with a cumulative total of 11,703 housing units.
